TPE Process Overview

The first step, Zoning, divides the text into zones, where each zone is then treated.
Tagging identifies entities, where potential multiple meanings can occur, for example “Hope” could be a person’s name or the abstract concept.
Disambiguation process resolves and determines the appropriate meaning for each occurrence of multiple instances of a value.
Context understanding process determines the context of each entity, for example negation: “I don’t have a headache”.
The final step allows extraction of relations. For example instead of reading millions of emails, a single meeting table is automatically generated, which defines who met with who, when, where and why. Such relations are user defined per the interest and needs in each area.
