Lynx Classifier

This product acts as the first line of classification. After being automatically trained, this application receives as input pieces of information and classifies them according to the user needs (categories can be automatically generated by clustering from a given corpus).

For example SMS messages can be classified as: Critical, high, medium and irrelevant according to the semantic understanding of their content. (e.g., “come 2 see, me later today, 10xs” in a certain context, is of high importance). Classes are automatically defined by the classifier based on the textual input, or according to the company taxonomy and activities.
